If you prefer to place an order by phone, you can do so by calling our automated system toll free at 1-888-264-5964. After you reach the system, please leave the following information:

1. The name of the phone card that you would like to order.

2. Your email address (please spell it out).

3. New customers:

• your credit card number and the expiration date

     Existing customers (please specify any of the following information so that we could look up your account):

• one of your previous order numbers

• one of your previous PIN numbers

• your credit card number and the expiration date

Once you submit the information to us,  your order will be fulfilled within the next two hours. Your calling card will be sent to the email address that you provided with the order.
